Goodstein Development is proud to announce the acquisition of a 322 room hotel with 35,000 square feet of convention center space on the Riverwalk in Jacksonville, Florida.

This joint venture between Goodstein Development, Vantage Hospitality and Two Bridges Capital will allow for major renovations and the repositioning of the old Wyndham hotel into a branded Lexington hotel. The Lexington Hotel will be a full service state of the art hotel and conference center.

The hotel will greatly capitalize on the city’s capital infusion and improvements to the Riverwalk. Centrally located, the hotel has direct access, by water taxi, to Jacksonville Jaguars stadium and is within walking distance to the sky tram that provides transportation to downtown Jacksonville.
