Peninsula Hotel

An enhanced conversion of this famed 25-story Beaux Arts landmark built in 1907 at 700 5th Avenue at 55th Street, New York. Renovated and converted to luxurious new hotel rooms and suites; new (International-Style) club and dining facilities; and a three story penthouse health club were among notable features of this hotel, distinguished by its limestrone and terracotta facade.
