Cedar Grove

150 Commerce Road in Cedar Grove, NJ was acquired by the Goodstein Organization in 1999. The 60,000+ square foot building underwent a major retrofit, supervised by Goodstein Construction Corp. I., for the specific use of a national telephone company. Prior to its completion the building was eventually sold for maximum profit in 2001.
